Lora Nava

I fell in love with clay in San Francisco and was studying sculpture at CCSF. Now in Trinidad, Colorado I have my own studio under my adobe house. The clays and glazes I use are all manufactured, and I fire in my Mom’s old electric kiln that I rebuilt. For the past seven years I have taught pottery to kids and adults and worked in my own studio, expanding my knowledge of clay through experimentaation and of course our beloved internet.  Turning a professional corner, I am ready for the new challenges that emerging into the art market will bring.
